I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate working with basic invite. We have purchased invitations for multiple occasions, from weddings to Christmas cards, and every time they come back looking beautifully. This is the first time we had a minor issue, and we had to call customer service. We were able to reach someone right away, and they solve the issue within five minutes. They also took extra steps to make sure that there were no additional issues.
